Fantastic customer service and integrity. I highly recommend them. After a heavy rainfall I had a leak coming from the ceiling. I called several roofers but nobody could come out for a few days. I came across 3-R Roofing and they answered right away and Hugo was at my house 20 minutes later. He inspected the roof and said it was in great shape (its only 5 years old. I would have been shocked to hear otherwise). Some vents were missing caulking and that was causing the leak. He said it was a quick fix and did it for no charge. I offered to pay a minimum hour labor charge and he insisted on doing it free of charge. He showed me videos and pictures of the roof, the issue and the repair. Explained everything in great detail. Also, I was under the impression my patio roof needed replacing so I asked him to provide me a quote for that. He provided me a very fair price but told me I could get another 4 to 5 years out of it before replacing. Also showed me a simple flashing repair. Go with the

Responsiveness and customer service are usually not top priorities today, but these guys get them and do them well. I couldn't be happier with the new roof; 3-R Roofing Company did a fantastic job with it, left the property spotless, delivered on time, and responded to any questions quickly and with action!
