I called All Star to have the interior walls of my townhome painted. Austin was very responsive to my questions and came to take a look/provide quote. After having been stood up, cancelled on, and jerked around by 5 handyman companies for a straightforward job, I reached out to All Star Home Improvement. WOW! Austin was quick to respond, faithful in communicating any – possible – delays or obstacles – in the job. He and his teammate showed up EARLY, ready to work, and were so pleasant to work with. They made extra effort to make sure the job was done to perfection – actually, more than perfection. Managing customer expectation is the better part of excellent customer service and Austin and his team would get 10 stars just for that if I could give that many. I needed someone to paint my baby’s nursery last minute for me, and Austin was quick to send me an estimate, on the job within two hours, and even tidied up after the job was finished. The ceiling looks great, and the baseboards were protected, which were both concerns of mine. His professionalism and skill were unmatched, and I’ll book him for all future jobs. Thanks again!! 10/10
