We had a great experience with HailKing! Especially Lane, our project manager. Our problems first began the day before Thanksgiving when we woke up to a hole in our ceiling. We knew it was a leaky roof and needed to get someone out to help us ASAP. We have a long standing relationship with a local roofing company that we know personally, but this was a holiday week and they didn't respond right away, so we called several companies and Lane replied immediately (he was actually the only response we got that day). Not only that, but they had a guy out here tarping our roof within an hour at NO COST to us. Truth be told, we had always intended on using our friend's business when we needed a new roof, but Lane's professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail won us over immediately and we couldn't imagine using anyone else at that point. I contacted Hail King after a recent storm. Lori took my call after hours and scheduled an inspection within a couple of days. Their estimate was well below the insurance company estimate. I have asked them to do the work. I will update when it is completed. Update: work done timely. Very satisfied.
