At first, I thought it was too good to be true! He followed through with everything promised. No deductible was paid for my roof, gutters, and a new stain on my fence. John and his staff is very nice and his contractors are wonderful! I recommend the company!
I would happily recommend John Collins and The Blessed Roofing Company to take on your new roofing project. John Collins is a reputable contractor and all employees were capable and responsive to our interests and needs. Every time we called we were greeted with friendly voices who got our messages to the right person. We're very satisfied with the outcome of our project and give John Collins and the Blessed roofing company five stars.
1 star is too many. Claimed an English speaker would be on the job, but we could not find him/her; beer drinking on the job; dogged me about payment before my insurance co. issued check and continued to do so until the day I paid them (2 working days after my receipt of insurance check); damaged other property and did not repair/replace though they said they would - and most importantly, did not live up to claims made in advertisements. Update: 9/30/21: Repairs or replacement of gutters and screens were completed yesterday. The owner contacted me several times asking I "do the right thing" and remove the review. Clearly others experiences with this company were positive so you decide on your own. I'm just telling of my own experience. Service: Roof installation
