Ferguson and Son's Services

Nano from this company came to one of my property to inspect the water leak from the water shut off value via my home warranty company AHS. AHS declined to cover the repair for some reasons and Nano gave me a quote for almost $3000 to replace shut off value and few other items eg PRV. I had another plumber look at it and they replaced it for $300 and nothing else needed to be replaced. Feels like very dishonest business practice so buyer beware of this company!.. Response to the owner - House is 2019 built so its not a very old home and I was not given an option to replace only the shut off valve. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I had a major flood in my house due to my “friend” hooking the hot and cold water lines under the sink in my bathroom incorrectly. After the water from the flood was cleaned up by a professional damage company I called Ferguson and Son’s to have them come out a redo the water lines to ensure they would not come loose again. The guys who came out were EXTREMELY NICE and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and very fair with their pricing. I am super impressed with this company and they will be my go to plumbers from now on. If you’re reading this trying to deciding if you should go with this company or another company, PLEASE GO WITH THESE GUYS. I PROMISE you will be treated fairly and great work will be done! Highly recommend!!!

They tried charging me $275 for a $30 fix. I had a broken shower faucet that I just replaced and added some sealant. Absolute robbery. Don’t trust these people. Reply to owner’s message: Oh wow! So it you just wanted to charge me $200 because you had already robbed me of $75? Got it. Thanks for clearing that up ???????? Services: Faucet repair, Faucet installation
