Ferguson and Sons came out after another plumbing business told my warranty company that they couldn’t find the part for my bathtub (my house was built in 1969) and therefore couldn’t handle my issue. Ferguson and Sons scheduled my appointment in a very timely manner and Aaron was professional and detail oriented. He managed to take apart my shower diverted and replace the O-ring and had everything working wonderfully in barely any time. As a small business owner myself, I was greatly pleased and impressed with Ferguson & Son. Though relatively new as a stand alone business, the 30+ years of experience showed. After a non accredited tile installer felt the need to install a new toilet collar, it was done shamefully with incorrect style and procedure. This 40 year old house used pvc and lead pipes, which was common in those days. The lead pipe had been so mangled, it was unusable to an experienced plumber. Ferguson & Sons took the time to remove the old lead pipe to reach the PVC 18inched below. They removed minimal concrete and no tiles and added the proper extension and collar. They left the bathroom clean and functional. The young men who performed the job were polite and professional. Because of the local ice storm, they had to call and reschedule and arrived as promised. They didn’t warranty their work on an $800 job. A pipe cracked, another company fixed it (because they couldn’t come to look at my leak for 3 days. I even told them I had company from out of town over and I needed help ASAP) and let me know that Ferguson screwed it together too tight on the previous fix. I let them know and they did nothing to make it right. They didn’t seem to care. They said their work is only under warranty for 90 days. Horrible customer service and professionalism. Will not use again. *** Edit Don’t let this company’s smug reply fool you.
