Ronnie did a great job at finding what was wrong with AC and repairing it quickly. We really appreciate it as it had been 95° in the house for almost 2 days. He came out the next day after I called for service. He was very nice .. friendly and courteous.. and knew what he was doing.. great man! Thank you Ronnie! Service: A/C system repair
Luckily for us we had a minor thermostat issue that we were able to Southern Engineer until it was replaced so we were not in dire straits. The people from American AC were GREAT!! From Customer Service to the Technicians that came to do the replacement. They were all so nice! Definitely will recommend them!! Service: Thermostat installation
