Noah was our technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The problem was that the central unit wouldn't come on. We have had several technicians try to fix it. It would work for a short time and then not come on again. This young man found the problem almost right away. He trouble shooted and, I personally believe that he fixed it this time.
