If you’re in need of a roof, I recommend you save yourself the trouble and contact Castillo and Co Roofing. For two weeks, I researched several companies and compared, not only the estimates, but the quality of products they had to offer. Kevin, a sales rep for the company, came to my house and brought samples of the Atlas shingle we decided to purchase. Once they started the project, Kevin and Mr. Chris Castillo, ensured quality work and exceptional customer service. I could’ve replaced my roof by a company a lot cheaper than Castillo and Co Roofing but I would rather pay a little bit more for quality materials, better service, and great warranties rather than to be looking up at my ceiling every time it rains. Castillo Roofing Company is a superb roofing company. As a retired Home Improvement Contractor, I had Castillo Roofing Company install a Velux Sun Tunnel (skylight) in my home. Their work is very impressive! First, Chris and Ashley, the owners, took time reviewing my job request, insuring all my questions were answered, and when the job was complete a visual inspection was completed. Second, their worker who performed the work took his time and used his expertise to do a quality install supervised by Chris. The installer treated my home as if it was his own home with quality work, being very considered of any dust, and being sure the roof was sealed. Finally, Ashley returned a few days later after the work was done to do a visual inspection. She had a drone with her, took several pictures which I have included here. ****Update: After a couple storms I can say that Castillo Roofing did a great job! In addition to the roofing work, I had a water intrusion issue that other contractors had attempted to find and fix. Chris sent a guy out with a thermal camera and found it. I honestly don’t think 5 stars are enough. **** We have a unique waterfront home on the Laguna madre with a roof more similar to a commercial building. Chris came down and inspected the roof. He spent the time and money to test the roof to not only see what previous roofers had done, but to build a plan that would last. He’s the only company that seemed legitimately interested in doing this job. After the first big rain I’ll be able to tell you if I’m 100% satisfied, but rest assured I’ll be back for an update if I’m not. So far, I highly recommend Castillo and co Roofing.
