I have had the good fortune to know Mr. Joe Fonseca of Seal Construction for over 40 years. I remember when he was a young man and did tape/float and sheet-rock work for me in the 70's. Since then he evolved into a magnificent Residential and Commercial Builder. I am familiar with many of this construction projects. These projects have been built in a professional and competent manner. I strongly recommend Seal Construction for your constructions needs. I have done business with Mr. Fonseca on good old fashioned handshakes and he has always kept his word. I consider him an honorable person and yes, my friend.

[PREFACE: THIS COMPLAINT REFERS TO THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AT SEAL CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN 11AM AND 12NOON ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2021]. [THIS COMPLAINT IS NOT IN REFERENCE TO SEAL CONSTRUCTION'S ACTUAL QUALITY OF CONTRACTOR WORK]. I called this morning and spoke to an employee named Michael to arrange a walk through of our business for a bid. He took my company’s information and stated he would call back. Michael was professional and helpful during that call. I called back later [11am-12pm] and a woman answered the phone. She was not well-versed about bids, construction, and constantly repeated explanations to me that I told her she already stated. When I asked to have Mr. Fonseca call, me she rudely and abruptly interrupted me and stated: "I do not want your bid...I refuse your bid," and hung up the phone which made no sense to me because I was requesting a walk through for a bid from them.
