The Plumbing Doctor

Contracted by Old home Republic. Wasted four Days waiting for them just so they would respond that they would not help. Had to call them these last three days with them promising to return call, but never did. Kitchen sink faucet is still broken Unprofessional. Would not recommend. If this plumbing doctor were a real doctor, all the patients would probably be dead. Service: Faucet installation

They keep lying and saying they're going to be there to install our water heater but yet they never show up. They keep making excuses. I would not even give them a 1 star rating. My husband lost a days work and pay because they didn't do what they said they would do. Service: Water heater installation

Most horrible customer service ever! The were sent out by Old Republic to fix a plumbing issue. When they got to the property they decided since 2 toilets needed fixing they couldn't help us. Rude & unprofessional. Got very combative with my tenant & me on the phone. Refused to call the home warranty to get further direction. Later got a call from their main office & the office personnel hung up on me. Have used TONS of plumbers in the valley in the 14 years we've had our property management firm. STAY AWAY from these people. HORRIBLE!!
