Customer service: There is a female representative that has not been helpful whatsoever, she lacks a proper customer service demeanor and attitude. They aren’t coordinated in communication with each other because I got two different responses on my problem with two different representatives. I had a big headache with this company. They failed to communicate with me on what I needed to do and I just overall had a bad experience. I searched a DIY video and even solved the problem myself. I’ll make sure to not use this company again. I highly recommend that others look into the ratings of plumbing services before calling them to help. Service: Drain cleaning

This place is a terrible business; they do not have a clue what customer satisfaction is all about. If you ever have a plumbing emergency at your house, “CUSTOMER BEWARE” this people will lie to you, they know the trick to their business and will leave you hanging. I called in on Friday and only got back to me on Monday to lie to me “ SON mañosos” They work only when they want to work and do not care about your plumbing issues. This is a border- line - unethical- business practice - outfit.
