Found Mr. Tam on Google based on stellar reviews since we’re new to the neighborhood. Called for an estimate on a ceiling fan installation, door bell installation (new wire, since there wasn’t one existing, I provided the doorbell and chime box), and a junction box for a floodlight camera installation. He and his wife/apprentice came by within next hour and provided us with a quote. Very affordable! They were able to complete everything within a few hours. They were very nice and helpful. Needed to get a 48/60A installed into my detached garage for my electric car charger. The breaker box is placed on the direct opposite side of the house. Other electrician suggested digging underground to reach the garage and costed much more. Tam and his wife managed to get this done without needing to dig, but go into the attic to the garage using the walkway roofing to channel the wire. It was seamless, practically unnoticeable to the naked eye. This had to be the one of their finest work and truly appreciate their kindness and diligence to providing impeccable quality and service.
