Matt was so helpful! This is such an understanding, quick, efficient, top tier customer service. I asked about financing and got approved, so glad they offered that with the way things are nowadays. They replaced my water heater and made everything smooth for me. They are so clean about what they do, and very very professional. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs! Especially my restroom vanity replacement cannot wait!

I give 3 stars, the first attempted service went well only to discover, the faucet that I purchased was defective and that a new part would be needed. Although speaking with Mr. Matthew by phone started kinda rough (not that I was questioning their work, just trying to understand the breakdown of the work being provided). He (Mr. Matthew) came back to do the job, as we had the opportunity to discuss the issue in person at hand he did provide excellent customer service, and made sure that the job would be fixed, and will guarantee that everything will be good. Thanks for your service, because the caulk is still drying I haven't put it to use yet... patiently waiting.
