We had a major water / sewage backup in our 80 year old home. Henley was dispatched to fix the problem. After hours of trying to clear the line, he confirmed his initial thoughts that the problem was with the city at the main, not with us. He was 100% correct! He stayed at the house until 2 AM trying to clear the line, as this happened over the weekend. He stayed with the job, never gave up, worked his tail off in the middle of the night and was always pleasant with a great attitude. He also re-routed some plumbing issues that were also a culprit in the utility room. With Public Works involved, we were back up & running on Monday. I'm thankful for his level headed, calm, cool, collected approach to a very unpleasant situation. Henley and Al are a dynamic duo. I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.
