We had a total of 4 quotes prior to Amstill Roofing. It was competitive. We chose Amstill Roofing is based on the following reason: 1. On Time: David Orr responded on time and opened multiple dates availability for appointment. 2. Professional: After he inspected the roof, he explained with the detail of the process how it will be and what kind of materials options are related to price ranges. The most important thing is he brought the material samples with him to show us what he was explaining about. That helped us to understand better and make a quicker decision. He listened to our concern and answered our question well. David was able to offer the price on the same day of free consultation day (This is different from other quotes- Amstill is efficient, no tricks and be honest).
