Big Texas Comfort provided an excellent service for my A/C installation. Bob, the comfort expert, went above and beyond to make sure my home's cooling requirements were met. The installation crew was professional, on time, and left no mess behind. My new air conditioner is working perfectly, and I appreciate Big Texas Comfort's good service.
David came out last night and gave me a diagnosis of a leaking evaporator coil. I asked how much to replace and when they could do it. At 11am the next morning the crew arrived and installed the new evaporator coil, recharged the system and was done in a few hours. Very professional and knowledgeable very honest people. I would definitely recommend
My air conditioner broke down unexpectedly, so I had to call these folks for air conditioning repair. This person named David arrived on schedule and solved the problem in a flash. He fixed it quickly and had my air conditioning back up and running in no time. I must add that his abilities and speed were rather outstanding.
