Elite Roofing was all eager to come to our neighborhood in Huntsville when a massive hail storm damaged everyones home but the second we asked for help finding a public adjuster to deal with the insurance company they stopped returning calls, took forever to respond to emails and then stood us up on appointments they made to get better photos and depth measurements. We had to find someone else to help with our roof. They feel like storm chasers and not the company they portraited themselves to be. Would never recommend
