Called Flowmaster plumbing because of a very bad intermittent ceiling leak we were having in our kitchen. One time the leak was a real gusher coming from the kitchen ceiling and another time several weeks later it was leaking, but there was much less water this time. Tried several difference plumbers (recommended on Yelp), and they told me that the tub and shower in the bathroom from which the leak seemed to be coming was not the problem, but didn't have any ideas what the problem could be. Had a roofer out, who said the roof was not the problem. It was Charlie, who persevered to find the source of the problem: the AC was draining the wrong way and going outside and pouring down the side of my house and then into the kitchen. Others literally told me everything was fine (REALLY?
