Zach communicated when he was on his way and thoroughly checked the leak and provided his expertise. He informed us of options and what needed to be fixed. He was professional and had our best interest in mind.

I was going to use their services but got completely deterred by whomever was answering the phones. I called and they answered with “are you calling to book an appointment?” and I thought it was a recording so I said “Hello?” and they repeated their question, they didn’t even say hello or their business name. How do we know if we are calling the correct business if it isn’t stated when we call and how hard is it to greet someone? I’m not sure what’s going on with businesses lately but this unfortunately seems to be an unfortunate trend to lack professionalism.
