They came to check on a Schneider warranty update. Easy to schedule, very friendly service, quick check in!
Their electricians came to check my electrical panel. While doing something with cables they caused a spark in the panel. After that my electrical bidet stopped working. I contacted their supervisor Billy Cox, but he refused to even reimburse the cost of repair which was $175 saying that was unrelated to the service. No apologies, no nothing. Avoid this company!
