It took several times to get an estimator to finally contact me and then, when they finally did, they argued with me about what my reason for wanting to estimate was. Employee named Craig seemed to have me confused with some one else based on my first name. When I told him we've never even spoken he proceeded to argue with me that his notes about me were accurate...extremely weird. When he said they wanted to call me back yet again, I started to tell him never mind and before I could he hung up on me.

We recently had our roof replaced by Liberty Restoration and would highly recommend them. The project manager, Devon Benedict, did a fantastic job navigating the insurance process for us. He was also very accommodating of our schedule when bringing shingle samples for us to look at. The material was delivered on a Friday, and they started early Monday and finished by noon on Tuesday. The roofing crew did a great job of protecting our pool and landscaping. They also did a phenomenal job of cleaning up afterwards. I was very impressed with the speed, quality, and clean up of the job. From start to finish, Devon made the process a positive experience. I would highly recommend Liberty Restoration. Horrible company. I've called numerous times, sent numerous emails only to be told someone will call you back. They took my insurance money and are not communicating. Now it's time to file a complaint with the licensing board, BBB and try and find a lawyer who will handle this. They never told us the Guy Walter was fired, nobody updates you. This is a horrible company and I hate I ever started this process.
