Mission Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Might be a good AC Company, but your techs have poor customer service and bad judgement. As I moved my vehicle off the street for commercial yard service day…they pulled right up front & parked 2 vans as the landscapers were working…I asked them politely to move down a bit & the negative verbal confrontation began. Thank you to the office for having the crews move. By the way the service address was 1 block over & 6 houses down and 1 nicer crew member did pick up your rags.

Great experience with Ricardo checking out our system maintenance. He did a great job explaining ways to maximize the function of our system. **edit** I am sad to have to edit this 5 star review. Unfortunately, there was damage to my attic door during this visit and the technician, Ricardo, did not notify me of this before leaving. You can see in the image. Wish he had been up front and honest, I understand that attic doors can be finicky

My tech, D’Marquise was awesome! He was on time, professional, patient, and thorough. It was a really hot day, and a challenging job, but he kept a great attitude and was totally confident, and did a fabulous job. He was personable and kind.
