Mr Rogers AC

I've been receiving great service from Mr Rogers AC for over 5 years now. Today was no exception! They responded to my home on short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed up my AC unit during the same visit! No waiting around for someone to call a home office, schedule another visit and only then send out a technician like so many other AC companies in Houston!! Prior to Mr Rogers I tried several other companies who all tried to sneak in up-charges or drastically overcharge for the parts/units they install. Mr Rogers AC has always been fair and helpful in making any correction recommendations and worked within the budget I've had. They've corrected the mistakes made by others and made a trusted customer of my family! I really trust them ... and isn't that what its all about?! :-) Thank you to Mr. Rodgers AC for being an honest locally owned company with great service! I strongly recommend them to anyone who is need!

I chose Mr. Rogers based on the Google reviews. I'll begin by saying their response time was great and no complaints about the customer service. But, I was quoted $350 for a bad capacitor and the tech said that was just for the part, labor was additional. A capacitor for my unit averages $14-$20 bucks from all local part stores...in fact, for any unit it is a pretty cheap part. So maybe he thought I was booboo the fool or assumed it was fair to overcharge because of our location but it is evident they attempted to take advantage of us. I only paid the $50 trip charge and called another local company who fixed it for almost 70% less than Mr. Roger's ridiculous quote! So yeah, nice people but Cypress residents will be overcharged.

Mr. Rogers AC company is the best I had an issue with my AC not working and I called this Company. They have good customer service and the techs are very professional they took care of the problem in a short amount of time and the cost was affordable. I will recommend them to everyone I know thank you Mr. Rogers for your honest and prompt service!
