Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it. Tae gave me the estimate and did the install that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work.
