I get their service maintenance every year now. It helps to make sure things are working. This time my tenants notified me the AC had stopped working. The next morning I called and they sent someone out that afternoon. Found the problem and was able to fix it in one trip. Very grateful I have these guys as my AC people. Every time I’ve need them they always can make it that day. I appreciate that and plan to continue using them. Services: A/C system repair, A/C preventive maintenance

When I called to speak with the service manager, he was belligerent from the get-go. He offered to cut a mere $50 of the total bill, and told me that I was accusing him of lying, which I most certainly did NOT. He told me that if I feel the need to go elsewhere, go ahead. So we will.
