I called them in the morning and they immediately made an appointment for me for that day. What I liked is they said they would call you 30 minutes before they arrived and sure enough they do call you.The tech went over and serviced the AC quickly and efficiently. Cost was very reasonable. I get their service maintenance every year now. It helps to make sure things are working. This time my tenants notified me the AC had stopped working. The next morning I called and they sent someone out that afternoon. Found the problem and was able to fix it in one trip. Very grateful I have these guys as my AC people.
