Don't fall for the hype their salesmen sell. This company is just a brand that does everything third party from buying their parts and hiring their workers. First I had a really bad install, while my windows were in the caulking work done around my house was horrible and unprofessional. I ordered my windows a specific way and was told multiple times that they would be brought to me that way and it has now been almost 3 months and they can't get the windows right because their "third party distributor" keeps messing up. Putting the blame on another party instead of taking responsibility. They had multiple chances to ensure that the windows they received were correct and they continued to waste their installers time and my time by coming out to my house with the wrong windows, TWO TIMES. All the while I have supposedly already "scheduled" they come and fix my caulking and they still haven't done it as far as I know. Their unprofessional work on my window install, and overall incompetence

I’m so happy we decided to go with Power for our windows, the whole process was very well explained to us and the installation was better than we expected. Everyone who I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The day of the installation we didn’t have to worry about cleaning because everything was cleaned and very well done. We love our windows so much that we decided to replace our front door as well. I’m so in love with the way it looks and how it feels. They were on time, efficient, and very clean. They finish ahead of schedule and took very care to make sure they didn't leave a mess.
