Maria was friendly and answered all my questions that I had. Gustavo Chirinos was the technician that came out and serviced my HVAC unit, I wanted to have my unit cleaned and also had issues with a leaking drain pain. Gustavo gave me the list of prices and services to choose from and gave me his opinion on what would best and within my budget. I have never seen such professionalism from ANY HVAC Company. Punbar Air came out to help us diagnose a terrible air circulation problem. Every other HVAC company did simple diagnostics simply confirming the condenser and air handler were functioning. Jose from Punbar Air came out and ran tests which proved my suspicion that we had air flow problems. He then spent time designing out a real solution, and walked me through the schematic that was drawn up. His team came out and implemented the plan and it was an instant noticeable difference in air flow to all of the rooms that suffered before. Jose as a professional is really something special.
