I noticed a leak on our ceiling on the 2nd floor of our two-story townhouse. Just 5-1/2 years ago, our entire roof was reshingled, and all bad decking boards were replaced by another installer. We had Rainproof Roofing LLC come out to determine the cause of the leak, and lo and behold, it was a couple of warped sheets of plywood, right over the ceiling leak, due to improper installation from the previous installer (you can't see this part of the roof from the street). Rainproof showed me the photos, and since we had a GAF warranty, told me what to do to make a claim with GAF. GAF handled it professionally, with no dispute and no cost, and Rainproof came out 3 days later to replace the bad decking and the rest over it, before the next rain came. Service: Roof repair
