Very good experience! They actually installed the new roof earlier than scheduled. The work was done in two days -- one day to remove the old roof, one day to install the new roof. This was much faster than many of our neighbors experienced. The workmen were professional in roof installation and cleaned up both days they worked. The office staff kept in constant close contact via email and phone. We knew every step of the way when things would be done -- from our initial contracting (which was done via phone and email from our home "up North") through the final billing.
