Service Squad

They quoted me double what other plumbers did and the diagnosis was wrong so I paid more then needed to fix because they had to dig two holes to find the problem and I still paid less then they quoted. I feel like they owe me money. So glad I checked around

Our experience with Alex was excellent. They worked with us at the end of day on Friday afternoon/evening with our Home Warranty service request to unclog our kitchen sink so we didn’t have to wait until after the weekend .. 5+ Stars for sure! Service: Plumbing

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had the absolute worst customer service experience with them. My original appointment was for Thursday from 3-5. I took the afternoon off to be home for that, only to be informed late that afternoon that they needed to reschedule because their technician was behind schedule. My next appointment was for Friday between 4-6, and I received a phone call at 3:30 to inform me that they needed to reschedule because, AGAIN, their tech was running behind. I explained that I am without A/C and needed someone to come today. I was assured that someone would come. At 5:42 pm I received a text saying my appointment had been rescheduled for Monday. I called back and explained that I was willing to wait, but that I needed someone today. Furthermore, that I'm not available Monday, nor am I able to take work off again. (I'm a teacher, and we have a sub shortage) I was given the runaround and told to find someone else because they would not come to my house
