Absolutely horrible experience. They rescheduled my appt for 3 days straight with very little communication. I was quoted a price for what I needed done. The plumber showed up on the 3rd day an hour late to our 6th appointment reschedule and commenced to notify me that it would be at least another $200 for this that and the other. I paid for the yearly membership so I asked to please refund my membership since I won't be using them and they said they can't refund me because their guy came here for 10 minutes. I still haven't had a call back from any manager so now I have to report them to the bbb. Such a waste of time and money. I had what I needed done the next day for $85 total. This place doesn't care about its customers at all. I wish I could give 0 stars. All I wanted was my refund for not having anything done.
I have been using Sheffield Plumbing for many years and they have never disappointed me. I have had toilets, water heaters and piping handled professionally. Their plumbers are a pleasure to deal with and their charges are very reasonable.I would definitely recommend them.
I contacted Dan on a Monday morning and he came the same day to evaluate and provide an estimate. He was able to order a replacement unit and did the installation the following day. The old water heater was in a very tight space, but he worked hard to ensure that we didn’t have to downsize. Very satisfied with his speed, quality, and professionalism.
