I have had problems with the air conditioner in the last few days and with the hot weather it is impossible not to have air conditioning at home, a family member optimized TURBO for the repair and it was definitely the best decision I could make, the fix was quite fast.

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything. I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office

I originally called Turbo out for just an air conditioning evaluation, but Kenneth helped me understand how my system was running and what I was missing. He was very professional and personal. Kenneth helped me with a fast test to my system, and immediately noticed some ductwork issues I had missed. I greatly appreciate Kenneths personable demeanor and would highly recommend local AC services through them again.
