The company left their business card at my door. I followed up with a phone call. They were instrumental with helping me with the insurance process. Anthony & Jennifer were consistent with returning my calls and addressing any concerns that I had regarding the roof repair/roof replacement. I selected the textile for my roof, insurance approved. They arrived to work @6:30 am with workers began to tear off my old roof by 2 pm they we completed. They had enough workers to complete the job in a timely manner. Anthony and the Universal Roofing crew recently installed a new roof on our house. Our old roof had not reached the end of its expected life, but a persistent leak was “driving me crazy!” Wasted a great deal of money on previous roofers attempting to find and fix the leak with no permanent success. When the new roof didn’t fix the leak completely, Anthony came back numerous times until he determined that the problem was the siding rather than the roof. Universal roofing performed a roof repair in many areas from which i had a leak. They installed ridge vent from proper attic venting. They installed new bullet boot flashings and installed new flashing where there wasn't any before. Anthony explained everything really well, wasn't pushy at all, and was pleasant to work with. Brandon was the repair tech. and he explained the work well, and left me at ease that the work was done well and correct.
