*RUN AWAY - We Hired Universal Roofing to replace my roof. After they installed the roof I have had shingles falling off and vents falling off the roof. I have reached out multiple times and cannot get a response. Service: Roof installation
Anthony and the Universal Roofing crew recently installed a new roof on our house. Our old roof had not reached the end of its expected life, but a persistent leak was “driving me crazy!” Wasted a great deal of money on previous roofers attempting to find and fix the leak with no permanent success. When the new roof didn’t fix the leak completely, Anthony came back numerous times until he determined that the problem was the siding rather than the roof.
