Tenant needed to have her front door/side repaired and a metal security door adjusted -- Denis came through once again with his experience and professionalism. He analyzed the doors, determined a solution, and quickly began the repairs. Security doors have one-way screws which usually makes things more challenging, not for Denis, he was still able to shim it so that it would be balanced when opening/closing. He needed to get additional parts from the local home improvement store and came back within a reasonable time frame considering afternoon traffic and long lines at the store. He then completed all repairs and verified that things were done correctly. The tenant was pleased with a world of difference one visit could make. tl;dr version: Doors needed to be adjusted/repaired and Denis got it done right. Tenant is happy and I am relieved. They arrived on time and after a brief introduction immediately prepared for the job. We just had our carpets installed a week earlier and we're pleased to see how well they covered them. I was impressed how efficiently they worked and the extra screws and support they put into there installation. I feel like their installations are hurricane proof! Lastly they cleaned up after and left no trace of their work behind. I am going to order three more windows if I can get the same installers
