After a horrible experience from another well-advertised large local plumber, on another repair job, I Googled “plumbers near me” and Total Care Plumbing popped up showing nothing but solid 5-Star reviews, so I did not hesitate calling after reading the reviews. Brad was able to quickly work me into his schedule, showed up on time, gave me a decent price for the repair and repaired the leaking water line, from what I could tell, better than the original work. I’m happy to have found Brad with Total Care Plumbing and would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Brad and his helper are stand up guys and I would highly recommend them. This was the second time I’ve used Total Care Plumbing. This time he repaired an ATT damaged underground pipe. After the repair, my eyeonwater app sent me an alert that I had an ongoing leak of 1.4 gallons per hour. After emailing Brad, he was at my house in less than one hour to see what was going on. He showed me the meter was showing a leak and said he did not believe it was coming from his work. Brad then had me shut off the valves to my toilets and when I got back outside, he showed me on the meter that the leak had stopped, then showed me the part I needed to fix the toilet myself, which I did.
