Horrible experience! Definitely do not put customers first. They were out on Monday of this week and said nothing was wrong. Wednesday the A/C that is brand new, was just put in February 2023 has not been working for 2 days. They were suppose to be here today 11-5 which is a very long time frame. Called at 11 to say they could not be out until tomorrow morning. Absolutely ridiculous. We should have been a top priority. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair, Installation

Over the weekend we had a clogged pipe I called early in the morning spoke to Melissa she was super responsive and scheduled an appointment for the same day! Bo was our technician, he was excellent, right on time, very professional and courteous and not to mention extremely knowledgeable. He explained what was happening and recommended a maintenance package that we plan to purchase to maintain our unit. Top tier customer service. Thanks G&S Mechanical! I am a renter and they were quick to respond. Bo was professional and forth coming with the issues. He quickly contacted the realtor who takes care of the property and gave them the necessary information before he left. The next day I was contacted by G & S that a new unit was approved to be installed on Friday. I was super excited. In less than 48 hours we were going to cool again. Noe , the installer and his assistant Nick, we’re here bright and early on Friday. Both were great. Quick and professional. They did an awesome job with the install.
