My home's A/C was on its last legs, so I called G&S to evaluate the system and provide me with their recommendations. I was so impressed that they took the time to walk me through multiple repair vs replace options- without any pressure- and help me make the right decision. Once I decided to replace the system, once again G&S clearly and concisely outlined my options- then provided a written quote exactly in line with what was communicated over the phone. Installation was done quickly and exactly when promised. When working with the main office on billing and warrantee information, I found Melissa to be kind and helpful- making the entire process seamless and easy. I would highly recommend the G&S team!

Richard with G&S did a really great job and is a stellar professional! We have 3 units, 2 of them are older units and he came to service all 3 of them. He did a thorough job, changed out the air filters, found one issue and got it repaired. My dogs absolutely loved him and believe me, he was super patient with my big dog. G&S came out to take a look at our AC in the home we rent. I'm so glad our property management company uses G&S Mechanical. The technician, Bo arrived at the scheduled time and was professional, communicative, and amazingly kind with myself and my kids. My 7yo tried to talked his ear off and he enthusiastically rolled right along with it. We would welcome having Bo as our repair technician any day!
