Tony C. was so great to work with. Professional while friendly, does quality service, and very informative throughout the whole process. He helped me learn more about my own home through what he shared. He cleans up the space well after completing work too. Overall just a great guy to have do work in my home and if/when I have any future needs, I will specifically request him!

Tony Cross did a terrific job. We had 3 electricians provide us with estimates. We wanted to install an electric tankless water heater but our electric panel did not provide enough power to support it. We selected Tony for these reasons (in no particular order): 1) Experience: he had done many similar jobs before dealing with electric tankless water heaters. 2) He was a proponent of tankless and used them himself. 3) he worked with us with ways to lower the cost while at the same time getting a better product. This meant we got a great deal at a lower price than the competition. 4) he didn't try to upsell. 5) he has 30+ years as an electrician and it showed when we spoke with him and later when he did the work. 6) he was accommodating around our schedule. 7) some electricians said we would be out of power 4-8 hours. Tony had his own generator and made sure we had power for the refrigerator, freezer, internet, and computer except for maybe 30 total minutes. No food lost and I was still

Mr. Cross came on time. He was professional and very knowledgeable. In addition to the service call he gave me very good advice in case of other electrical issues that may come up.
