From the beginning, Eric at Roofsimple offered excellent, professional and courteous assistance in our journey towards repairing our old, hail-damaged roof. I can't stress enough how refreshing it was to have a salesperson, of which my neighborhood sees a plethora of, that doesn't force their product on you. After every mild storm, we'd be inundated with people trying to convince us that our roof was in dire need of repair, and only they could provide us with an affordable solution - it's exhausting to hear the same spiel, over and over. However, Eric was respectful and, given the opportunity, proved to be genuinely concerned and hopeful that he and his company could provide a service that was truly beneficial - not just an opportunity to cash in on an insurance payment. Mikah’s approach to sales was helpful in making our decision to purchase a new roof. He interacted extremely well with our insurance adjuster to facilitate the process. We received excellent advice on choosing materials. In every step of the process he was easy to reach. Brian and his crew showed up on time and completed the process of removal, decking replacement, where required, facia repairs, etc. The cleanup was in my opinion the best I have seen. Brian stopped by the next day to search for any remaining nails and to order a piece of custom flashing. When the flashing was installed, any paint touchup needed was completed same day.
