Royal AC and Heating

My dad bought a new central hvac system and to start with they cut an enormous hole in the wall which they did pay to have fixed but FF 3 weeks the air handler fan blows but the condencer wont come on and they wont answer a phone(update) did finally get in touch with them 2 weeks ago after making a fb comment then even with threat of litigation saying they will schedule someone to us and will call and let us know ,NOTHING..finally called july 26 th and are supposed to be here monday between 8 AM and 6 PM I will update...

They came out in Aug 2022 and discovered my capacitor was bad. My electric bill was $750 before they came out and $750 for two months after they "fixed" it but I figured that my insulation was the problem since the "pros" handled their business. Fast forward to TODAY, house is hot as hell, had a contractor come out and was told that the wrong capacitor was on the unit so it keeps overheating and cutting off. NOT FIXED. Of course, I tried to call them but straight to VM and no room for new VMs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I forgot to add that they were sent out by the home warranty group so if your's assign them, tell them absolutely not.....period Service: A/C system repair
