January 12th, they came out to give us an estimate for a back up generator system. We were told that we would get the estimate that day or the next. Here it is more than four weeks later, with the weather we wanted to be prepared for, and no estimate, no call from them, and of course, no system. I have called them several times to see what the deal was only to be told that someone will return my call. No one has returned my call. I wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb.
February 19th 2021 the pipes broke in are new house flooding it out. February 22nd I called Dr Watts and the next morning February 23rd they had Jess and Sean at are house doing repairs and getting the electricity running right. They explained everything they did and gave us a great documentation for the insurance company. Services: Ground wire installation, Installation, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Electrical panel repair, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch repair, Electrical outlet & switch installation
Terrible and misleading. Starting with a phone call. They seem so professional, that was the bait. We had a Renter that had got damage to the powerlines from a recent storm. A 2 inch offset nipple connecting the service riser to the meter can had broke and nicked on of the service entrance conductors. Oncor had to pull the meter and disconnect service until repairs were made and passed city inspections. Dr watts came out and right off the bat they charged the owners credit card $3700.00 then asked for another $3500.00 for the labor to repair. They tried using electrical terminology. Yet they could not answer how they could charge $7000.00 to replace a $7.00 part plus the service conductors. To replace the service should run $900 - $1250.00 tops material and labor. I'm a retired electrician and when I confronted the lady who titles herself as operations manager, she got mad and hung up. These people you find on tv and google search are her to rob the unknowing public. Always get
