Update: Customer service corrected my issue, Drew was great! They sold some of the items i ordered to someone else, delivered the rest and still charged me for delivery of a partial order. Than the lady at the store says it's my fault cause I didn't answer thier phone call. Terrible service!
Worked with the paint section on Saturday and required some help matching an old bucket of stain. Staff was extremely attentive and did an awesome job helping me get a match! They also were fast and professional!
I waited on hold for over 45 minutes for someone to answer my call about a toilet install that I purchased. And have been waiting for someone to contact the about setting up a install date and time it’s only been 6 weeks since I paid for the toilet and install at the store. Looks like I will be requesting a refund and go somewhere else to get my toilet installed. They don’t seem to be every concern about taking care of customers at this location.
