I waited on hold for over 45 minutes for someone to answer my call about a toilet install that I purchased. And have been waiting for someone to contact the about setting up a install date and time it’s only been 6 weeks since I paid for the toilet and install at the store. Looks like I will be requesting a refund and go somewhere else to get my toilet installed. They don’t seem to be every concern about taking care of customers at this location.

Asked a female employee to help me measure my chain link. She brushed me off and said she’d get me help while still walking away. Never ended up getting help. Took what I had to Liz in the garden area to get checked out and she was cool.

Today we were helped by an 80 year old man in the plumbing dept. His name was Bill and he went out of his way to help. Helped us figure out how to make what they had work. Every business needs more helpful workers like Bill.
