The Home Depot

I wouldn't even rate this place one star but you have to in order to leave a review. But, just to be honest, this is the WORST Home Depot I have ever dealt with, I will NOT be returning for any of my future Remodeling business projects. The people working here are very rude, especially the manager. I've gone into the store several times to get products that I have ordered online, which they said were ready when I called to inquire and were told that yes it was ready and when I get there they have no idea what I'm getting and it's not ready for pick up. I don't know what is going on with this store but it is absolutely the worst home depot I've ever dealt with and I think that the way they operate is very unprofessional, especially when they yell at you over the phone for something they did but try to blame it on other people or other businesses. I'm sure losing my little bit of business will make no impact what so ever but it will if you continue to allow your customer service reps to

Today we were helped by an 80 year old man in the plumbing dept. His name was Bill and he went out of his way to help. Helped us figure out how to make what they had work. Every business needs more helpful workers like Bill.

I was in the area and decided to stop at this location. The garden area was so unorganized, and dirty, with barely any prices on anything. There was no one there to help you with questions or to help you get items down. I finally left and went to Lowe's in Killeen where I had a better experience. I love Home Depot but this location isn't the best. I like our Home Depot in Temple a lot better.
