This is my first time owning a home so seasonal maintenance of the AC/Heating unit was either done by an employed contractor of the military base I lived on or the apartment/rental house. When I purchased my home, I was surprised by a prepaid Service Maintenance for Spring. I know the couple I bought the house from & I felt like I was given another blessing because the husband always researches everything they get or have done. He even researched who to vote for. Anyway, I called AireServ to let them know that I’m the new owner & to schedule an appointment. I was very impressed with the receptionist. Very friendly, understanding, informative AND she even talked with me for a little bit. I told her that I appreciated her company being so professional & explained why I am continuing with their service for the remainder of me owning my home.
