My home warranty company hired these yahoos, they came and left with doing the job, upon calling them to find out when they were going to start and finish the job, I got notice that the answering service was full and could not take messages. This went on for over a week, my warranty company they got the same message. In the meantime, the entire month of August has gone by and I, at 78 years of age went lacking for air a solid month. Another company was called and the same thing happened again, this yahoo said he was arguing with my warranty company, another week went by with no air. A third company was called and sent out, I'm hoping they can get this problem taken care of tomorrow. Cowboy Cooling is totally unprofessional and not liable at all.

David from Cowboy Cooling came out and tuned up our AC units. He gave top notch care to our units. He was very thorough with what he was doing and was VERY educational when it came to explaining what each part of the system did.
