David was our tech, showed up on time and it didn’t take him long to diagnose the issue and repair it. He gave great recommendations I hadn’t thought of, showed instrument readings and he was well versed on our system. Also helped with filter on indoor unit as a courtesy. Robert and his team came to my house. Gave me a run down from most budget friendly to his top tier package. Only 3 selections for my house size which is good because it keeps it simple and to the point. I selected the proper package for my house and they came and installed it in a day.
