Mary and Kurt were amazing! They took the time out to come to our house on a very rainy day to complete the services we needed. And treated us like family from the first time we called them enquiring about the services we needed. We had a dedicated outlet installed into our garage for our new sauna, and Kurt was able to efficiently and professionally install the outlet and even went above and beyond to check the connections to our sauna to ensure everything was going to work correctly. I've had Simms Electrical come do work at my house three times now. From a relatively simple job of fixing a light in our garage to installing new outdoor lighting. This is an easy review to write. Kurt and Mary are the real deal. Mary was easy to talk to on the phone and was helpful in explaining their process. Kurt showed up on time and gave advance notice of his arrival. He helped me troubleshoot a problem I created with an existing GFI outlet, he installed a new outlet and a new wall sconce. Kurt is clearly an expert who was willing to take the time to explain to me what I had done wrong, and explained what he did to fix it. We agreed on a project price for adding a wall sconce and switch. When he opened up the wall, it was clearly more work than he was expecting, but he completed the job perfectly and honored the original price he quoted. This is a real professional that perfectly completed the job and kept the site clean, with no unexpected damage. I recommend Simms to anyone looking for big or small electrical work.
