Called on a Saturday, phone was answered right away. Told the young lady that my toilet was clogged. She quoted me a reasonable price and said someone would be there in 30 minutes. He was on time and very courteous. Fixed my problem and did it for less than quoted. Said it wasn't as bad as I thought. I will definitely use EG Plumbing again. Thank you so very much.

Very nice family business. Unfortunately, the work they perform was not the best quality. They were able to find out that I have a waterline leak. However, they were not able to find the waterline and left me with 6 holes in my home and an unrepaired waterline. Then I was charged $485 for work that was not complete and left with nothing but holes that I need to find someone to repair. I offered to provide them the blueprint to my home so that they can see where the waterline is. The father said it wouldn't be helpful. After 4 holes were cute, he dicided he would like to see the blueprint, which showed the waterline on the complete opposite side of the house from where they were cutting. I thought they were nice and trusted that they knew what they were doing. After having time to calm down from being overwhelmed by the water leak and speaking with another plumber, I am highly disappointed in the service.
