Very fast to respond to services!
I had a new system installed in September and have yet to receive the warranty paperwork I have been requesting repeatedly since (it’s been nearly 3 months). During the installation, they did not measure correctly and left an unsightly mess on my ceiling in their poor efforts to cover up the oversized opening they mistakenly made. Furthermore, despite my best efforts to have them coordinate on the project with my contractor, I have recently been informed that they installed it incorrectly and it must be moved in order to be serviced properly in the future. Once more, I called to ask when they are coming back to move it so I can enclose it and I have yet to hear back! Services: Install thermostat, HVAC duct & vent installation, Install AC
