They were absolutely awesome. Took the time to answer my questions and were very patient. And all I needed was an air filter.
By far one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. First they send me a tech who unfortunately lacked experience and misdiagnosed my unit. Then they send me a second tech who again gave us the wrong information as to what our problem was. I thought I had warranty which is the only reason I decided to give them a chance, after I found out I was responsible for payment I called everyone BUT them. Not worth the headache, save your time and money and call someone else.
Great service on time they will be there as promised great technicians courteous and professional definently 5 stars thank you
