this company ruined my ac by cleaning the filter wout my permission when it was rusted already causeing the gas to leak out- then they took parts from another ac I own since the ac compressor was not working. The technician took it upon himself to help himself with this parts. The most unprofessional work I have ever seen- but hey then again we are in Laredo what do you expect.

Our home air conditioning units (2) broke down, because of old age on the eve of the hottest dog-days of summer 2015. The company, on a word-of-mouth recommendation, was quick to inspect, diagnose, and offer various alternatives. After we decided to purchase new units, the removal of old , and the installation of the new, was quick and efficient. The company was very attentive to our calls in this Laredo heat! Professional Work, knowledgeable company personnel. Excellent amicable work crew and office personnel. State-of-the-art, current energy efficient, and reasonably priced equipment. We recommend this company.

This company are LIARS and WILL ROB you with charges that they don't mention until they want to bill you. My A/C was not working and said they would diagnose the problem. They would charge me per the hour and diagnosis which came out to 120, but that since they new what the problem was they would weaver the charge if I employed them to fix the problem. They said the charge would only cast me 225 to clean the coils and I asked if there were any other hidden charges they said no only if they had freon which did not need and had informed them and the ac repair guy and contiuned to say they added freon. It did not need freon because another pro ac repair guy filled it. They wanted 380 and found out that the AC was still not working. They did not do a correct diagnosis which they probably didn't even bother to actually analyse. I quickly let them go and Hired the previous Pro AC guy and new the problem and fixed it for less than half what North Side AC was charging (robbing) me. AVOID T
