This was my first upkeep visit and the inspection was thorough & my concerns were considered and acknowledged. The follow up project was scheduled before the maintenance visit/inspection concluded. They can improve on scheduling and I give them grace because I was working from home & it didn’t inconvenience me this time. Had them come out to check my A/C since I just bought the home in January. Didn't want a breakdown in July. Tech was professional and courteous.
