Yes, we had our water heater spring a leak in our attic. Jamie and Issac were very professional and great at explaining what they were doing and very patient with me when I was asking 100 questions. The guys were honest, respectful and very professional! Since I work from home they were also very nice and polite when needing my attention from the office. I even forgot to take photos before they started their work, which they did grab, but they were nice enough to also explain the process of next steps in this journey of repair/restoration.
The crew at Serv Pro are fantastic! They kept me updated from the water mitigation to the rebuild! Special thanks to Rick, Bryan, Edward, Juan, Raymond, Jaime, Juany and Alma for all their hard work! Services: Remodeling, Water removal
