Doctor Cool & Professor Heat

I called Dr. Cool late one afternoon because my A/C was not cooling. I was told a technician could come that day or the next morning. That day evening would incur a $100.00 premium for after hours service. I chose the next day and was told it would probably around 10am. The next morning, I received a call shortly before 10 saying the technician was on his way. When Noor arrived he proceeded to determine that the compressor capacitor had failed. He replaced it and then conducted a thorough check of the unit. He was very professional, explained his work as he went along and provided a written report when he finished. Doctor Cool & Professor Heat. Is now my A/C company of choice. Service: A/C system repair

Everyone was so wonderful during this quite frustrating time. Very professional, kind, explained everything wonderfully, and to where we all understood!! Not to mention the job got done within a week and we had tons and tons of work to be done but they worked very hard and diligently to get everything up and running with no issues!!!! I would refer them to anyone considering the amazing service we received!!

Called about issues with thermostat. Came that day and checked everything out. Technician 's name was Elias. He was very kind and efficient. I would highly recommend him for your air condition needs.
