Our dishwasher had stop draining completely, so my wife called JB Appliance Repair on Friday afternoon. John could have come to our house on the weekend, but we were not available. Set appointment for Monday morning. John introduced himself, took a look at the dishwasher, explained the likely problem, and got to work on it. He quickly fixed the problem. John is a gentleman who looks you in the eye when he shakes your hand, and conveys a sense of honesty. He is courteous, kind, and very professional. John came out and fixed my front loading washer. After he was finished he saw my wife and I struggling and lowered the price without me saying a word.
